Musician’s hub

A lesson and rehearsal space designed for music creators, producers, teachers, students, bands, and solo artists. The house is chill and inviting, allowing you to sync into your creative flow. Features high speed Wi-Fi, curated recording gear, a sound booth, and a piano.

The Lesson House operates between adequate and abundant; meaning, all monies acquired that surpass the needs of the building will be invested back into the community in the form of a house fund. Your monthly Membership contribution helps to keep the lights on and bills paid for our shared space, and any abundance from the group will help to meet the needs and dreams of The Lesson House community by supporting operations, education opportunities, guest teachers, and studio updates.

Booked as a part of a set weekly schedule and are committed through the duration of the session. (Paid monthly. 1 month / 3 months)

 

Music Teacher

Welcome your students into a comfortable space that invites creativity. We have all the resources you need to run lessons smoothly. Membership is limited. Now accepting applications.

(Rate based on the following goal: All eight 30-minute spots are filled at a minimum of $20 per lesson, earning you $640 per month. A 20% contribution is $128.00)

4 HOURS = $130/MONTH (Can be customized)

Solo Artist  

Practice in privacy, spend time writing, record your ideas and make demos from the vocal booth, film your content. Membership is limited. Now accepting applications.

CUSTOM MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP @ $40/hr. 

BAND PRACTICE

7pm-7am, same night every week. Practice full-out with sound, spend time writing, record your ideas and make demos from the vocal booth, film your content. Membership is limited. Now accepting applications.

RECORDING OPTIONS:

Guests will use personal laptop as DAW (2 USB-A ports needed) OR:

Producer UPGRADE (+ $50/mo)
